Project Setup:
1. Create a New Project:
Navigate to the "Project" module in Odoo.
Click on "Projects" and then click on "Create" to create a new project.
Give the project a name (e.g., "Fresher Project") and a description.
2. Add Project Users:
Add users (or roles) to the project, who will be working on the tasks.
3. Define Kanban Stages:
In the project settings, you can define the Kanban stages (e.g., "To
Do", "In Progress", "Review", "Done").
Task Creation and Assignment:
1. Create Tasks:
Within the project, create tasks by clicking on "Tasks" and then
"Create".
Give each task a name and a description.
2. Assign Tasks:
Assign each task to a specific user (or role) from the project.
3. Set Task Priorities:
You can mark tasks as high priority using the star icon.
4. Add Task Details:
Add any relevant information, attachments, or links to the task.
Task Tracking and Progress:
1. Use Kanban View:
Use the Kanban view to visually track the progress of the tasks.
Drag and drop tasks between Kanban stages to update their status.
2. Update Task Status:
Change the task status (e.g., "In Progress", "Changes Requested",
"Approved", "Canceled", "Done").
3. Follow Task Updates:
Follow the task to receive notifications about updates and changes.
