The documents to be submitted are as follows:

• Duly signed acceptance copy of the email confirmation (Submission-On the date of Joining).
• NOC duly signed by the principal & guardians of the students along with the picture of the candidate (Submission-8 Days Prior to the Joining excluding National Holidays and Sundays).
• Declarations to be signed as attached- 1) Declaration by the guardian 2) Self Declaration (SubmissionOn the date of Joining).
• 12 passport size color photographs (Submission-On the date of Joining).
• Certificate of fitness from a doctor (minimum MBBS), the student is not a co-morbid (high BP, respiratory issues, diabetic, etc.), physically & mentally fit and that the student have not been diagnosed with Covid 19 for a period up to 30 days prior to the commencement of training. (Submission Days Prior to the Joining excluding National Holidays and Sundays).
• Police verification with candidates photograph from local police station / Copy of Passport (SubmissionOn the date of Joining).
• Authorized Govt. official attested copy of Govt. photo ID (except Aadhar Card copy or PAN Card copy) & Principal attested Institutional ID (Submission- On the date of Joining).
• Photocopy of the PAN card (Original & Photocopy Mandatory for bank purpose only) (Submission- On the date of Joining).
• Food handlers test report (mentioned below) (Submission-8 Days Prior to the Joining excluding National Holidays and Sundays).
