HR assists the society in many ways . HR need to be a colleague with workers and the managers
organization to help the movement of the controlling the position of the company in the market.
Human resource department is more much important than previously due to the the new
technology and many competitors , companies todays face a lot of competitions in the market .
The HR department is one of the best basic operations worldwide and in different businesses.
One of the most important HR goals is to make the workers to show their creations and to
achieve the benefit of the worker’s power by creating a suitable environment to the workers .
Also , the HR do control and organize a strategic organization after that they ensure that the all
apply the strategy . The HR plays a big role in obtaining the foundation’s aims , by offering
sufficient help to it. And the primary goal of this matter is to emphasis the efficiency of
management directions and decisions regarding employees in the institutions .
The strategic partner is the one who achieves the strategic goals and occupies a good percentage
of development projects and financial activities . So the strategic partner is the most important
role to me in many reasons . The most important characteristics of strategic partner are the global
reputation and professional experience in the activities and financial strength . Usually , choosing
the partner is to place tenders in global markets or through the official protocols of the country
that has diplomatic representatives . There are investment companies that do not have a partner
that state hosts and provide them with all the necessary facilities and environment . In another
context the partnership between two companies from private sector is from two different
countries or from one country and is governed by a partnership contract agreed upon by the two
parties that the contract does not violate one of its clauses or all of the host country’s system
policy . Another strategic partnership is between investment banks or investment companies and
between individuals such as buying a house in long – term instalment. Usually . these contracts
are long-term sometimes 20 years or more it gained the title of strategic .
