Define the term Industrial dispute, when an individual dispute will become industrial dispute. 41. Explain the law relating to strikes and lockouts under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 42. Define "Standing orders", explain the procedure for the certification of standing orders under the Industrial Employment (Standing orders) Act 1946.
