MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the above noted case is pending adjudication before this Hon'ble
Court and is now fixed for 15.09.2022
2. That Baby, Japleen Kaur is now 9 years old, who is deprived of meeting
his biological father / Respondent, which is inhumane and the differences
between the spouses, should not come in way of proper development of
the minor child and is not in welfare of the child, but the Petitioner and her
family member thinking themselves to be over and above law, has
deprived the Respondent of even basic human rights of Baby, Japleen
Kaur to get love and affection of her father and her paternal grandparents.
3. That the conduct of the Petitioner is not only cruel towards the Respondent
but also against the child Japleen Kaur. Petitioner constantly denying
visiting rights to child and her father. The minor girl is also having equal
rights to meet with her Father/Respondent and her grandparents which
would be in all respect helpful to the interest and growth of the child.
4. That it is pertinent to mention here that baby Japleen Kaur is only and
single grandchild of her grandparents and Petitioner has not let baby
Japleen Kaur to meet her grand-parents and not seen each other since her

birth. The minor child, Japleen Kaur is being deprived of her fundamental rights due to lack of love and affection from her father and her grandparents which is essential and a basic necessity for a child welfare and development.

That upcoming 24 th^ Oct 2022 to 26th^ Oct 2022 is Diwali Festival and Respondent along with his others family members wishes to celebrate the Diwali festival with minor child and for this purpose Respondent seeks permission for granting temporary custody of baby Japleen Kaur to the respondent/ Father on the occasion of Diwali Festival. 6. That the present application is for aforesaid bonafide reason and in the best interest of welfare of the child and justice. Prayer: It is therefore most respectfully and humbly prayed before this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present application and grant the temporary custody of minor child, Japleen Kaur on the occasion of Diwali festival on 24.10.2022 to 26.10.2022 and direct the Petitioner to handover the custody of the minor child, Japleen Kaur to the Respondent/ Father in the interest of Justice.
