APPLICATION ON BEHALF OF THE PETITIONER FOR THE
CONDOTION OF DELAY FOR PROCESS FEE/ DEMAND DRAFT.
MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
1. That the aforementioned matter is pending for determination and
disposal before this Hon’ble court.
2. That this Hon’ble court on last date of hearing i.e., 22.10.2019 was
pleased to issue notice to the Respondent for her presence before
this Hon’ble court on the next date of hearing with the direction to the
Petitioner to file the P.F/R.C alongwith the demand draft of
Rs.11,000/- (Rs. Eleven Thousand only).
3. That the Junior court clerk of our office who hold the responsibility to
deposit the draft & PF/RC has left the job without prior notice and
while the senior court clerk was on leave due to the untimely death of
his relative. The demand draft alongwith PF/RC could not be filed in
this Hon’ble court within time.
4. That the delay in filing of process fee of this petition under section 12
(1) (a) and 13 (1) (ia) of the Hindu Marriage ACT, 1955 is neither

  1. That no prejudice would be caused to any if this Hon’ble court may be pleased to allow this application for the condonation of delay in filing of PF/RC and demand draft. PRAYER In the facts and circumstances as mentioned hereinabove, it is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble court may be pleased to: a) Kindly allow the application for the condonation of delay in the larger interest of justice. AND b) Pass any further order which this court may deems appropriate in the larger interest of the justice.
