The terms and conditions of a promotion offered by nestlé singapore from 1 august 2021 to 15 september 2021, where participants can redeem a free foodpanda $5 e-voucher by purchasing a minimum of 2 packs of kitkat 2f sharebag 12’s at participating retailers. The e-voucher is valid for use between 1 august 2021 to 30 november 2021 for foodpanda’s food delivery service, with a minimum order of $5. Participants must submit their entry during the promotion period via qr code scan method and upload the original purchase receipt. Each receipt can only be used for maximum 5 redemptions. Eligibility, redemption, and usage rules, as well as data collection and privacy policies, are also detailed.

This promotion is organised by NESTLÉ Singapore (Pte) Ltd (“Nestlé”).
1. From 1 August 2021 to 15 September 2021 (both dates inclusive), Participants
who purchase a minimum amount of 2 packs of KITKAT® 2F Sharebag 12’s at
Participating Retailers^ in a single receipt may redeem a FREE foodpanda $5 *e-
voucher.
^ Participating Retailers include Cold Storage, FairPrice, foodpanda (Pandamart),
Giant, PRIME, Sheng Shiong or any other participating retailer(s) as announced
by Nestlé during the qualifying Promotion Period.
* Each e-voucher’s validity is between 1 August 2021 to 30 November 2021 and
available for use only for foodpanda’s food delivery service (excluding delivery
fee). Minimum order of $5 applies. A small order fee may be applicable if your
purchase does not meet the minimum order value of that restaurant
2. To apply for the redemption, Participants must submit their entry between 00:00 1
August 2021 to 23:59 20 September 2021 (“Promotion Period”), via:
QR Code Scan Method
Scan the QR code given on the Sharebag and/or promotional materials
available in-store and at the following website
https://www.nestle.com.sg/forms/kitkat-foodpanda-redemption and
complete the redemption form. You will be required to upload the FULL
ORIGINAL purchase receipt (receipt must show date and time of purchase)
as well. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Please retain original receipt
for verification should you qualify for the redemption.
Applicable phone and telco charges may apply, and Participants shall be
responsible for these expenses.
3. Proof of submission for entry into the redemption is not proof of receipt. All late,
incomplete, illegible, tampered entries will be disqualified. The receipts submitted
must be original. No re-printed or photocopied receipts are allowed. Each
receipt can only be used for maximum 5 redemptions.
4. Upon verification of the submissions, eligible Participants will receive an email
within 5 working days from the date of their submission, containing a unique one-
time use $5 foodpanda Voucher Promotion Code. Nestlé is not obligated to contact

Participants who do not qualify for the redemption.

  1. This promotion is open to all citizens and permanent residents living in Singapore. Traders, distributors, retailers and online retailers purchasing in bulk for commercial purposes e.g. resale or export, are strictly not eligible for participation in this promotion.
  2. Redemption is on a “ first come first serve ”, “ while stocks last ” basis, limited to the first 2000 qualified redemptions.
  3. Redemption from each customer is capped at 5 only.
  4. Where redemption items contain a specified validity period during which it should be utilised, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. This voucher will expire on 30 Nov 2021. No extensions will be given if voucher is not redeemed or utilised before expiry. Any unutilised amount shall be forfeited and shall not be refundable.
  5. Redemption items are strictly not exchangeable, whether for cash, credit or other items (including another redemption item) in part or in full.
  6. Redemption items are redeemed on an “as is” basis and all warranties are excluded to the fullest extent possible.
  7. Nestlé may, without prior notice, (1) replace the redemption item with another of similar value, and (2) terminate this promotion, and amend the promotion mechanics and the terms and conditions.
  8. Nestlé’s decisions on all matters relating to these promotions will be final, binding and conclusive on Participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.
  9. Nestlé may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in these terms and conditions.
  10. By choosing to participate in this redemption promotion, each participating Participant agrees and hereby consents that Nestlé may collect, use and disclose such participant's personal data to its affiliates, service providers and partners, as provided in this entry form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (" PDPA ") and Nestlé's data protection policy available at our website www.nestle.com.sg: (a) to administer this promotion, including to contact Participants and to conduct verification and other actions in connection with this promotion for the administration of redemption items in relation to this promotion;
