PLAINT: plaint is the document wherein the grievance of a person is filled to the court in civil cases. Like crpc and ipc CPC does not have any allies. it draws from many laws like contract law, family law etc. Another difference between crpc and cpc is punishment; former includes fines and imprisonment whereas the latter provides redressal through compensation. Civil law threshold is : preponderance of liabilities whereas crpc was : beyond reasonable doubt
