The format of an email
1. Header:
* From: The sender’s email address.
* To: The recipient’s email address.
* Cc: (Carbon copy) Allows you to send a copy of the email to additional recipients who are
not the primary recipients.
Bcc: (Blind carbon copy) Similar to Cc, but the primary recipient cannot see the Bcc
recipients.
* Subject: A brief summary of the email’s content.
* Date: The date and time the email was sent.
2. Body:
* Salutation: A greeting to the recipient (e.g., “Dear [Name],” or “Hello [Name],”).
* Message: The main content of the email, usually divided into paragraphs.
* Closing: A closing phrase (e.g., “Sincerely, or “Best regards,”).
* Signature: The sender’s name and contact information.
3. Optional elements:
* Attachments: Files that are included with the email.
* Images: Images that are embedded in the email.
* Links: Hyperlinks to websites or other resources.
