The team works together under the Academic Registrar to ensure that services are efficient, effective and adapt to changing circumstances, to develop systems and processes based on best practice, to ensure a high quality student experience and adherence to University regulations and procedures. This is a busy and varied role which requires the post holder to communicate effectively and tactfully with students and academic staff to ensure cooperation and compliance with milestones in the academic year.
