At JustGetIt, which is a startup company, having a clear goal to reduce the lead time of order processing in the garment industry by finding out loopholes in the supply chain. They themselves are coming up with certain projects which are related to the garment industry and will show them reduced time cycle by showing the progress of live orders. By using T&A calendar planning and Live order progress check, they will follow precisely the time gaps & will do reasoning of same. I was assigned to take care of Business development, branding & positioning of some brands.
Project Title- Business Development, Branding & Positioning of Brands under JustGetIt umbrella.
Objective
To develop the brand concept. To do the branding of RTW brand. To make a catalogue of RTW styles for Men's & Women's category. To do digital media marketing on at least one social media platform.
Subproject: 1 Pre-planning for Branding & positioning of RTW fast fashion brand to do Business Development.
Subproject: 2- To utilize capacity getting wasted of garment factories during free capacity odd days to achieve sustainable employment and growth of the garment industry by optimizing capacity utilization.
Objective
To develop the brand concept. To make a catalogue of RTW styles for Men's & Women's category. To get some basic Tshirt designed. Research about the component of the shirt, T-shirt, trousers and blazer.
Learning outcome
Learned team management. While leading the team of 19 interns at JustGetIt, I have got to learn a lot. People from BFT, MDes, KD & FD working on their own domain-related work, I had to resolve their querries to get work done within time. Learned about different aspects of Business development & all the work comes under it. Digital marketing & its importance. Leadership skills. Product development. Sourcing for Badges & Leather goods. Conceptualization of a Brand. Float a brand on digital media. Quick costing 3D Simulation technique and its importance in the supply chain. Stakeholder mapping for website interaction. Buyer interaction & enquiry form making for Buyer interaction with Website. Importance of quick costing and how to make it.

All these brands cater to separate business segment which is entirely different from one another. They are also into consultancy business to provide guidance and services to other companies in need. Essentially, they are involved in B2B, B2C, B2B2C business model, which in log run will success and huge business opportunities to grow.

Obstacles do not define who they are. JGI is defined by its potential and hunger to achieve success. They strive to deliver strategic solutions that are unique and structured to suit particular business requirement. Their services are designed using an out-of-the- box approach rather than a cookie-cutter. The premise of their establishment being ‘Concept to Commissioning’, they are a group of strategic advisors who serve from the ideation stage to product development stage or could be said as "start-up vision becomes a reality".
Business development entails tasks and processes to develop and implement growth opportunities within and between organizations. It also includes a brand extension or conceptualization. At JustGetIt where people strive for growth and big business chain, they wanted to develop a Ready to wear brand with a different concept. To develop any brand there should be an idea or picture which is to be converted into product.

Goal: To create a brand for Ready to wear garments for Men’s & Women’s Casual lifestyle. Differentiate: It should have some elements of design and Customization. Design ideas can come from social media or people. Authentic: Designs floated on social media platform will be Authentic and Original. Build: To build a portfolio, we must define the concept of the brand on Social media. Consistency: Maintaining brand image and Profile by serving Quality and fulfilling commitment. Network: Good work and Quality product will help JGI to get popularity, hence will help in increasing the network.

BRAND NAME
The name defines mostly characteristics and personality of you, same goes with Brand name also. Though it is not compulsory to have a meaning full name. The name should be simple and positive, these were the guidelines given while I was looking for the brand name. My design is the name we have kept, just for name sake, as brainstorming for the name was remaining.
INOLIO was the name which everyone agreed to, and we have finalized for RTW E-com brand. INOLIO is an amalgamation of word Innovative & Olio (Combination of Various elements). So is the brand concept. It is a brand which has its inception with innovation and creative thinking.
The logo is a symbol which brings customer close to your brand image and name, also what brand is about. While working on the logo with the design team, we had many iterations for the logo. There were ideas for collaboration of elements used in the stitching of garment like a needle, button, dress form & zipper. The idea also included thread and stitch too.
