Instructions for Students to use the DSEU Exam Portal
1 Go to https://exam.dseu.ac.in/
2. Default User Name: Student Roll Number
3. Default Password:
a. The default password is a combination of the �irst four letters of student’s �irst name in
CAPITALS followed by the student’s Roll No. For instance, if your name is RAJESH SINGH
and Roll No is 50320001, the password would be RAJE50320001.
b. If your �irst name has less than 4 characters, the password would be the student’s �irst
name in CAPITALS followed by student’s roll no. For instance, if your name is RAJ PRATAP
and Roll No is 70320009, the password would be RAJ70320009.
4. After login, students will be asked to change the default password.
5. After changing the password, students have to provide the following details: Email id, Gender,
Phone no, Campus Name, Program Name, Semester, College Details, Family Details, Aadhar Card,
ABC ID, year of Admission, and a pro�ile photo (up to 30 kb in .png format).
6. On the photo upload section, after browsing the picture, students have to click on the upload
button.
7. After providing all the details, a preview page will be generated, where students have to ensure
that all the details provided by them are accurate. If they �ind any detail is not correct, they can go
back and edit that information; otherwise, they can con�irm the submission.
8. After submitting the information, a new page will be generated showing that “Personal
Details Submitted Sucessfully,” and a button would appear to redirect to the login page to
complete the exam registration.
9. The new password (changed password) will only be applicable if submission (refer point no 7)
is successful. If submission is not successful, then students have to log in again using the default
password.
10. After clicking the button “Back to login Page,” students will be redirected to the login
page where he/she can login again.
11. If any student forgot the password, he/she may click on “Forgot Password.” Further, they will
be asked to provide the Roll no, an OTP will be sent on email (the email id which was provided by
the student while submitting the personal information). After providing the OTP, students can
change their password.
12. After login, students can see their dashboard, Pro�ile, and Exam Registration sections.

  1. When exam registration becomes available, students can proceed to register for their exams. Alternatively, they will receive noti�ication regarding the registration date via email or the exam portal at an appropriate time.
  2. Upon clicking the exam registration tab, students must select their courses for the exam. Compulsory courses will be pre-selected, while elective and open elective courses need to be chosen by the students. After selecting the courses, students should click the preview button to review their selections and then click the con�irm button to complete the exam registration process.
  3. After �inishing the examination registration, if a student discovers any incorrect information, they can go to the pro�ile page to update the details. If any information in the "university detail" section is changed, the student must redo the exam registration by clicking the exam registration button again.
  4. Admit Card will be generated based on the data provided by the students in due course of time.
  5. For any technical problem, students may contact dseu-exam@dseu.ac.in.
  6. If at a later stage, a student �inds that any of the data provided by him/her is incorrect, he may forward his/her application to campus authorities, who may further forward it to COE. 18. A detailed video has also been created by the team, explaining how to use the exam portal. Students can refer to this video to better understand the exam registration process.
