Inability to provide adequate nursing care to the sick, disabled, dependent or vulnerable/at risk member of the family

efficiently address necessary intervention Short term: After 3 hours the client will be able to:  Express a need to change.  Identify possible Family or Community resources for fixing and maintaining excellent condition of the home Long term: Within 1 week, the client so as the family  Client Education about the importance of hygiene and sanitation  Reduce the presence of breeding or resting sites of vector of diseases  Maintain and promote a safe, immediate environment independently  Explain and convince the client about the specific needs for home improvements and the necessity to fulfill them.  Help patient in choosing daily and weekly activities which primarily include Home Sanitation (encourage weekly discussions about the progress of home maintenance schedule to address any emerging problems before they overwhelm)  Assist patient to develop Relaxation Techniques  Discuss to the  Home Visit  Interview  Observation Time and Effort Goal Met. After all the Nursing Interventions the client and family members were able to maintain clean and safe environment.
