EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Between
Paint Products, Inc. of United States of America (Employer)
And
Dr. Karlis Kimiki (Employee)
This Employment Agreement (hereafter mentioned as Agreement) is hereby executed on 17
September, 2020.
Background
1. It is of the belief that the Employee is competent for the required services and
possesses the skill, qualification and abilities to contribute to the aims of the Employer’s
business.
2. Both the parties accept the terms and conditions put forth in this Agreement.
WHEREAS the Employer seeks to obtain the benefit of the services of the Employee, and the
Employee agrees to render the services mentioned under the terms conditions mentioned
henceforth.
IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual benefits and promises specified in this Agreement, the
sufficiency of which consideration is acknowledged, both the parties to this Agreement
agrees to the followings:

Commencement Date
3. The Employee will commence full-time employment with Paint Products, Inc. (Employer)
from 18 September, 2020.
Position and Duties
4. The Employer agrees to employ the Employee as the “Lab Chemist” and the Employee
agrees to the conditions and duties mentioned.
