 THE VISION OF NESTLE IS TO BE THE LEADING NUTRITION ,HEALTH AND WELLNESS COMPANY IN THE WORLD.WHEN YOU HAVE A GOOD VISION YOU DON’T CHANGE IT DRAMATICALLY EACH YEAR.  KEYWORDS: VISION AND MISSION.

 What happens if competitors imitate your strategy?

ANSWER

 Strategy: A plan of action designed to achieve a long term aim {vision}.  Strategy are made to accomplished mission.  Strategies are made to help in achieving missions.

 For example if one firm decide to decrease its products price and similar to that the competitor firm decided to do the same  It will give customer a variety to choose as the price rate is low and affordable.  Hence having similar policies or strategy will lead to losses to the company.
