What happens if competitors imitate your strategy?
Strategy: A plan of action designed to achieve a long term aim {vision}. Strategy are made to accomplished mission. Strategies are made to help in achieving missions.
For example if one firm decide to decrease its products price and similar to that the competitor firm decided to do the same It will give customer a variety to choose as the price rate is low and affordable. Hence having similar policies or strategy will lead to losses to the company.
